En 2009 Arces n’a pas souhaiter crée un abattement spécial handicapé qui doit-être institué sur délibération du conseil municipal. Pourquoi Arces n’a pas voté cet abattement alors que l’on parle partout d’aider les handicapés mais cela n’est pas simplement la création de monté ou descente des trottoirs.

En conséquence, comme Arces n’a pas voté de délibération dans ce sens certains ne peuvent bénéficier de certaines aides. Il est a espérer que pour l’année 2010 cette délibération aura le mérité d’exciter et cela sans le moindre parti pris.
